A-35: single/shared washroom ₹16,000/room/month; double/shared ₹14,000/person/month; double/attached ₹15,000/person/month. Sin Theta: single/attached ₹19,000/room/month; double/shared ₹12,000/person/month; double/attached ₹14,000/person/month. Are the rooms air-conditioned and furnished?
Yes. All rooms in all Kings buildings are air-conditioned, and fully furnished rooms are available in all buildings. Ask the team what furniture is included in a particular room.
What food is provided?
All Kings buildings provide freshly cooked, home-style food three times daily. Contact Kings for menu and serving details.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is included in all Kings buildings.
What laundry options are available?
Washing machines are provided in all Kings buildings. Optional managed washing and ironing is ₹1,000 per month for a resident’s monthly clothes. This optional managed service is not included in rent.
What security features are provided?
CCTV surveillance and access-controlled entry.
Can I visit before deciding?
Property visits are available 8:00 AM–9:00 PM. Appointments are preferred; walk-ins are possible. Call or WhatsApp Kings to arrange a visit.
How do I complete a booking?
Call or WhatsApp Kings to discuss room options and arrange a visit if you wish. The team confirms availability and booking details and coordinates your booking.
What are the booking and agreement terms?
The security deposit is one month of applicable rent. The ₹5,000 booking amount is adjusted against either the first month’s rent or the security deposit; it is non-refundable if cancelled before move-in. Agreement duration is 11 months, with a 6-month lock-in and 30 days’ notice after lock-in. Refundable security is normally returned within one week after checkout/departure, subject to valid deductions for outstanding rent, electricity or other applicable dues, repairs or damage, lost keys or replacement locks, and other valid agreement amounts.
How is electricity charged?
One light and one fan are included. Additional actual electricity consumption, including AC usage, is charged at ₹11 per unit.
How close are the locations to colleges or metro stations?
Kings Hostel A-35 is opposite NSUT North Gate. Call or WhatsApp for directions to your preferred room location and help planning your visit.
How is my enquiry information used?
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. Kings receives it only when you choose to send it in WhatsApp. The website does not save your name or message to a website database. A source label and website reference may be included to help the team follow up. Phone and WhatsApp clicks do not confirm an enquiry, visit or booking. External analytics is currently inactive.
