All rooms across Kings buildings are air-conditioned. Fully furnished rooms are available across the buildings. Freshly cooked home-style food is provided three times daily. Wi-Fi and housekeeping are available, and washing machines are provided.
Optional managed washing and ironing costs ₹1,000 per month for the resident’s monthly clothes and is not included in rent. Security features include CCTV surveillance and access-controlled entry.
